Q. How would you describe your style of teaching?

Randy is a Toronto-based music teacher/musician. He has been playing piano for over 20 years, as well as violin for over 10 years.
Randy began his studies in music at the age of 4, when he started his studies within the Royal Conservatory of Music. He has since completed his ARCT in Piano Performance with Honours (2017). In 2018, Randy received his Bachelor’s of Music (with focus on Music Education) from the University of Toronto, studying the violin with Mark Skazinetsky.
Randy has always loved sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He has been teaching students privately for over 6 years. He has also taught and conducted students at the National Music Camp, as well as TDSB Music By The Lake. Randy is a dedicated, patient, and hard-working educator who strives for the success in every single student he works with, no matter their background and experience. He also uses his knowledge in Music Theory, History, as well as non-classical genres to create a personalized and all-encompassing learning experience for each of his students.
